‘I’m alive and well’ – Don Moen counters death rumour
While the rumour about his death was raging, Don was busy celebrating 4 generations in Minnesota today. In a picture was his Dad, Son John holding Bennett and him holding Luke. Love my family.
There appears to be no iota of truth in the earlier death rumour of popular American gospel musician, Don Moen, as the singer, on Wednesday, in a simple twit on his twitter handle dispelled the speculation.
In the said tweet, the singer had uploaded a family photo of himself, his father, his own son and two of his grandchildren reportedly taken today.

Nigeria and the global comity were thrown into shock when an American medium reported that the gospel singer cum evangelist died after a short battle with stomach pain.
Our own Nigeria gospel singer Frank Edward  who regards Don as his father   after many duets with this great singer had chats with his son and he asked him, *How is dad? And the son responded ‘Hey Frank dad is great and in good health. That article is false and just trying to get people to click thru to their websites. I will have dad post something on social media shortly so people know. Thanks for….’ Frank took to his Twitter handle to say ‘PLS IGNORE THIS FAKE NEWS!!!! Don Meon…’
The website had reported, “An American singer-songwriter, pastor, evangelist, Don Moen has died after a short battle with stomach pain.
“His family confirmed that he died early this morning at General Acute Care (GAC) Hospital in California shortly after being rushed to the hospital.
“The cause of his death is not immediately known as the body is deposited at the morgue for autopsy.
“President Donald Trump also has expressed his tributes, saying Don Moen was “one of the best gospel artists that the country has ever produced.”

With many across the globe taking to social media to commiserate with Moen’s family, the singer in a simple tweet on his verified Twitter handle, @donmoen, debunked the rumours.

Elders in Igboland should unite and present a uniformed Bride Price and Traditional rites as regards what kinsmen, umuada, umu agboho, etc should be given. In so doing the arbitrary Bride Price and Traditional rites of gifts for various bodies will not be as abused as is obtained today. The head coach of Nigeria female U-20 team, Falconets, Christopher Danjuma, said he has players with the experience to beat the Tanzanians in the Africa qualifier for the 2018 female U-20 World Cup.
