NUC Approved New Grade System For Universities in Nigeria.
The National Universities Commission, NUC is no longer using a scale of 5, the new system is based on a scale of 4. First Class is 3.5 – 4. Second Class is 3 – 3.49. Second

According to NUC Chairman,Professor Shehu Galadanchi released to all Nigerian Universities

THE NEWLY APPROVED GRADING SYSTEM FOR UNIVERSITIES

Under the new Four (4)-Point Grading Scale, grades to be used for students who have satisfactorily completed the course of study are as follows:
Letter Grade: Marks Grade Point
A (70 and above) 4
B (60-69%) 3
C (50-59%) 2
D (45-49%) 1
E (40-44%) 0
CGPA Ranges under the new Four (4)- Point Grading Scale for Classification of Degrees:
3.5- 4.00 – First Class Honours
3.0-3.49 – Second Class Honours (Upper Division)
2.0-2.99 – Second Class Honours (Lower Division)
1.0-1.99 – Third Class Honours

No student whose CGPA is less than 1.0 shall be awarded a degree.
Deans of Faculties and Heads of Departments are enjoined to ensure compliance and commencement of the new regulations with the intakes of 2017/2018 Session, while the old regulations remain applicable to students admitted before the 2017/2018 Session.

An expert in the  housing sector and the Managing Director of Symphony Garden City, Lagos State, Mr. Bola Adeboye has identified the strict policies of the government as factors responsible for low investment in housing sector by foreign investors. Adeboye lamented that the polices of the government on housing has become unbearable for investors hence the reason why they avoid the sector. The Managing Director who spoke after his Investors' Forum on the proposed Symphony Garden Estate at Ogudu, Oworo - Shoki area of Lagos state decried the rate investors move their investment from Nigeria to other countries because of its stiff policies. He said government needs to deregulate its housing policies in order for both local and foreign investors to invest in it. On this day  Tuesday September 11, 2001, by 8.46am to 10. 28am (EDT), what looks like a James Bond Film took place in America known as 9/11. A well coordinated terrorist attacks by Islamic terror group Al-Qaeda attacked America. The two plane crashed into the the north and south tower of the World Trade Center. Both building which are 110 and 42 Storey collapsed after 1hr 42 mins, trapping many who are trying to escape including firefighters on the building.
