LEAKED MEMO!Buhari Endorsed Maina’s Reinstatement; I Warned The President, Says Oyo-Ita maina, reinstatement Winifred Oyo-Ita, head of service of the federation, says she warned President Muhammadu Buhari about the reinstatement of Abdulrasheed Maina, ex-chairman of the Pension Reform Task Team (PRTT), into the civil service. Maina, who had been declared wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over allegations of fraud, was reinstated into the civil service under controversial circumstances.
