An expert in the  housing sector and the Managing Director of Symphony Garden City, Lagos State, Mr. Bola Adeboye has identified the strict policies of the government as factors responsible for low investment in housing sector by foreign investors. Adeboye lamented that the polices of the government on housing has become unbearable for investors hence the reason why they avoid the sector. The Managing Director who spoke after his Investors' Forum on the proposed Symphony Garden Estate at Ogudu, Oworo - Shoki area of Lagos state decried the rate investors move their investment from Nigeria to other countries because of its stiff policies. Elders in Igboland should unite and present a uniformed Bride Price and Traditional rites as regards what kinsmen, umuada, umu agboho, etc should be given. In so doing the arbitrary Bride Price and Traditional rites of gifts for various bodies will not be as abused as is obtained today. If a palm wine tapper can marry in a community, what stops a man from USA? There should be a standard bride price for the rich and the poor tapper.

Nigeria Falconets Experienced Enough to Win Tanzania on Saturday - COACH.

The head coach of Nigeria female U-20 team, Falconets, Christopher Danjuma, said he has players with the experience to beat the Tanzanians in the Africa qualifier for the 2018 female U-20 World Cup. Danjuma who spoke with the News Agency of Nigeria（NAN）on Wednesday in Benin, said the team was mentally and physically prepared to face the East African team on Saturday in Benin. He said weeks of intensive training and preparation had placed the Falconets in a good stead to beat their opponent in the Africa qualifying series. “Nigeria is a big country and do not settle for less but the best. We are in Benin to give our best. “The Tanzanians are coming to Benin to meet a team that has set a record in Africa at this category of female football. “The team is made up of excellent home based players.
