I resurrected – Mugabe ON SEPTEMBER 3, 2016  joked Saturday that he had been resurrected as he returned from a foreign trip, mocking rumours that he had died or is critically ill. The 92-year-old Zimbabwean President, Robert Mugabe,. “Yes, I was dead. It’s true I was dead. I resurrected as I always do once I get back to my country. I am real again,” the 92-year-old ruler told reporters at Harare international airport after arriving from Dubai. His comments came after an online news site reported he had died mid-air on his trip to Dubai. Mugabe’s health has been increasingly under the spotlight in recent years, particularly after he fell down a staircase after addressing supporters last year. TRADER BLAMES THE DEVIL FOR KILLING BUSINESS PARTNER.

 Delta State-based businessman in Warri, Kingsley Agbaire, have allegedly killed his business partner, he broke down as the deceased’s body was being exhumed on Wednesday and asked the victim’s ghost for forgiveness. In a video Agbaire was seen crying as his business partner, identified as 51-year-old Lawrence Okoh, a Port Harcourt, Rivers State-based auto parts dealer, was been dug out by  security agents in a shallow grave where it was dumped in Warri. In Agbaire words he said “Lawrence, forgive me o. It was the devil that pushed me into killing you.” His plea to have his handcuffs loosened so that he could beg his victim was refused by the police for fear that he might escape. Agbaire narrated that his business relationship with Okoh started few years ago when he was working in Lagos and dealing in auto parts. “He used to bring parts to me which I supplied to companies. PLAGARISM, BLOGGER UNION GIVES 1ST SEPTEMBER DEADLINE FOR FULL COMPLIANCE .

The Guild of Professional Bloggers of Nigeria has given September 1st 2016 as deadline for all bloggers in Nigeria to stop the practice of plagiarism. This is contained in a statement pushed out by the union after its general meeting held in Lagos. The meeting which was presided by its Acting National President, Mr Chris Kehinde Nwandu advocates that bloggers should be seen to live above board in their practices. To ensure full compliance with this directive, the union raised an 8 man ethics committee to among other things, monitor the ethical behavior among its members and to recommend adequate sanctions where necessary. All members are expected by this directive,to adhere to the conventional practice of acknowledging and crediting sources of their materials. The union also enjoined other mass medium across the globe to adequately credit all sources of news material lifted from pages of its members as well. Archbishop Anthony Okogie Cries Out to President Muhammadu Buhari Nigerians are Hungry.

The Emeritus Archbishop of Lagos, Cardinal Anthony Okogie, has said President Muhammadu Buhari must do something fast to address hunger across the country. Okogie said in an open letter to the President on Monday that Buhari’s campaign slogan was anchored on change. He stated, “Today, cries of “hunger” could be heard across the length and breadth of our vast country. Nigerians hunger, not only for food, but also for good leadership, for peace, security and justice. “This letter is to appeal to you to do something fast, and, if you are already doing something, to redouble your effort. May it not be written on the pages of history that Nigerians die of starvation under your watch. “As President, you are the chief servant of the nation. I therefore urge you to live up to the huge expectation of millions of Nigerians.
